Known issue: IC failures at 24V (current revision)
On the current board revision, a specific IC can fail when powered at 24V. Not all boards are affected and the failure rate is low. For this specific failure only, warranty coverage is extended to 1.5 years — standard warranty terms still apply to everything else.
- If your board has died from this issue: fill in this form and we'll ship a replacement once available.

- Board working fine? No action needed — the replacement form is for failed boards only. If you'd like to be proactive, this mitigations & fixes guide covers mitigations you can apply to a running board to reduce the chance of failure.
- Planning to run at 24V? We recommend waiting for the new revision before buying.
