Ultra-thick and absorbent 800 GSM towels perfect for buffing and drying your car/truck/ boat / RV etc. Dual coloured for application and buffing with the same towel by just flipping it over, Wax on Wax off. These towels are an 80/20 mix of polyester and polyamide making them ultra-soft and safe for any paint job or finish. We suggest running these through the wash once before using just to make sure there was not leftover lint from manufacturing. Otherwise, these towels are perfectly lint free! What is GSM? Why does it matter?GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter. It's a density reading, so generally speaking the higher the GSM the heavier the towel is. The higher the GSM number the thicker and more absorbent the towel is allowing you to hold more water while drying, and more product while waterless washing. The higher the pile (length of each strand) is the more dirt you can pick up without risking scratching your finish. Higher GSM towels are great for Waterless washing, drying cars and care for extra delicate cars finish that no swirl marks would be tolerated. High GSM towels are great for any delicate polishing job, whether it's furniture, musical instruments, fine china the list goes on forever. *Any towel can mar/scratch a finish if you get too much dirt trapped in the towel. Make sure to clean the surface of your car, furniture, instrument thoroughly before using these towels to wax, dry, buff etc. If using for a waterless wash, ensure to use a fresh portion of the towel and as dirt accumulates fold over to a fresh part of the towel to avoid scratches and swirl marks. Rinse towels often, we suggest using a dual bucket method to clean the towel in the 'dirty' bucket then get product from the 'clean' bucket.
