What is GSM, and why it matters
- GSM = Grams per Square Meter, a density reading — higher GSM means a heavier, thicker, more absorbent towel
- Holds more water while drying, and more product during a waterless wash
- A longer pile picks up more dirt without risking scratches or swirl marks
- 80/20 polyester/polyamide blend — ultra-soft and lint-free (we suggest one wash before first use)
- Wash on the delicate cycle in cold or warm water, never use fabric softener
Pro tip: Keep a dedicated towel color for each job — paint and clear coat, wheels and tires, interior and glass — to avoid transferring grease or dirt between surfaces. That's exactly why we offer this towel in 3 colors. For a waterless wash, try the dual-bucket method: rinse the towel in a "dirty" bucket, then load fresh product from a "clean" bucket, and fold to a fresh section of the towel as it picks up dirt. *Any towel can mar or scratch a finish if too much dirt gets trapped in it — always make sure the surface is clean first.
